The short version: We collect your name, email, and question answers to generate your Identity Passport™ and email it to you. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside the services required to run this tool. You can request deletion at any time.

IdentityFlow™ is a product of Intivine, Inc., created and operated by AJ Sarcione. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use IdentityFlow™ at identityflowbeta.netlify.app.

What we collect
When you use IdentityFlow™, we collect the following information:
Your name — used to personalize your Identity Passport™ and your email.
Your email address — used to send you your Identity Passport™ or IdentitySpark™ results. Captured early in the flow so we can reach you even if you do not complete the full experience.
Your question answers — used to generate your Identity Passport™ or IdentitySpark™. These are the responses you provide to the identity questions in the tool.
Your path and segment — whether you are completing a personal, brand, or team passport, and which segment best describes you.
How we use your information
Your information is used exclusively to operate IdentityFlow™. Specifically:
To generate your Identity Passport™ or IdentitySpark™ using the Anthropic Claude API, which processes your answers to produce your results.
To email your results to you via Resend, our email delivery service.
To store your submission in Airtable so we can reference it for follow-up, product improvement, and to provide you with support if needed.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with any third party outside of the services listed below.
Third party services
IdentityFlow™ uses the following third-party services to operate:
Anthropic — Your question answers are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your Identity Passport™ results. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
Airtable — Your name, email, path, segment, and results are stored in Airtable. Airtable's privacy policy is available at airtable.com/privacy.
Resend — Your email address and results are sent through Resend to deliver your Identity Passport™ or IdentitySpark™ to your inbox. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.
Netlify — IdentityFlow™ is hosted on Netlify. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
Data retention
Your data is retained in Airtable for as long as IdentityFlow™ is in operation or until you request deletion. We are currently in beta and review submissions to improve the product and follow up with participants.
To request deletion of your data, email info@getyourshine.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will remove your record within 7 business days.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data at any time, and opt out of any future communications from us.

Beta context
IdentityFlow™ is currently in early beta. This means the product is actively being developed and improved. Your participation as a beta user helps shape the final product. We treat your data with the same care and respect regardless of beta status.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of IdentityFlow™ after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
